PrimeVerba Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 13-Aug-2026
Last Updated: 6 September 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of
PrimeVerba. PrimeVerba is provided by PrimeVerba AI ApS (CVR: 46648986), Niels
Bohrs Allé 23,2. 3254 , 5230 Odense, Denmark ("PrimeVerba", "we", "us", or "our").
If you have questions about these Terms or about the service, you can contact
PrimeVerba at

support@primeverba.app

These Terms apply to users worldwide. If you are a consumer, you may also have
mandatory legal rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these
Terms is intended to remove, restrict, or override any non-waivable rights that apply
to you under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights under
EU law.
By creating an account, downloading the app, accessing the service, starting a trial, or
purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree
to these Terms, you must not create an account, use the app, or purchase a
subscription.
All personal data processing, privacy rights, GDPR-related information, and
information about how personal data is collected, used, stored, disclosed, and
protected are governed by the PrimeVerba Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is
incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at
https://primeverba.app/privacy-policy.

2. About PrimeVerba
PrimeVerba is a Windows desktop application and Android application designed to
correct grammar and spelling in text selected or submitted by the user. On Windows,
PrimeVerba includes an always-on correction feature and a manual feature that
allows the user to paste text into the app and request correction there. On Android,
PrimeVerba allows the user to correct text by copying it into a text correction field in
the app, or by selecting text and tapping "Correct!" in the context menu, which
replaces the selected text with the corrected version. PrimeVerba is intended to
correct grammar and spelling only. It is not intended to rewrite the meaning of text,
change tone, translate content, create new content, or provide professional advice.
PrimeVerba is also available as a Chrome extension, which provides grammar and
spelling correction functionality substantially similar to the Windows application.
PrimeVerba is intended for personal writing and internal business writing.
PrimeVerba is not designed, marketed, or intended for legal work, medical work,
compliance work, safety-critical tasks, or any other use case in which inaccurate
output could reasonably lead to legal liability, health consequences, regulatory
consequences, physical harm, or other serious damage.
You understand and agree that PrimeVerba is an assistive software tool. It is not a
substitute for human review, professional judgment, or careful proofreading. You are
solely responsible for reviewing all output before you use it, rely on it, send it to

another person, publish it, or submit it in any personal, academic, professional, legal,
or commercial context.

Availability of platforms and payment methods At the effective date of these Terms,
not all platforms, features, or payment methods described in these Terms may be
available. For example, the Android version of PrimeVerba and/or Google Play
subscriptions may not yet be offered. References to Android, Google Play, Google
Play Billing, or other platforms or payment methods apply only if and when those
versions or options are actually made available to you. The services that are available
to you at any time are those you can access through your account, the website, or the
app stores where PrimeVerba is distributed.

3. Contract Formation
A legally binding contract between you and PrimeVerba AI ApS is formed when you
create a PrimeVerba account. If you later purchase a paid plan, that purchase
becomes part of the contractual relationship and is governed by these Terms together
with the pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, tax, and checkout information
presented to you at the time of purchase.
If any price, billing, renewal, cancellation, tax, or subscription information shown on
a pricing page differs from the information shown at checkout, the information
shown at the checkout controls for that purchase. You are responsible for reviewing
the final price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation information, trial
conversion details, and taxes shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use PrimeVerba. By creating
an account or using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this
minimum age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a
binding agreement.
If you use PrimeVerba in connection with a company, organization, or employer,
these Terms still apply to your individual use unless a separate written business
agreement has been signed with PrimeVerba AI ApS. Business, educational, team, or
enterprise arrangements are offered through special agreement by contacting

support@primeverba.app

5. License and Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PrimeVerba AI ApS grants you a
limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable
license to install and use the PrimeVerba apps. This license is granted solely for
lawful use and only for the purposes expressly permitted by these Terms.
Your license is single-user only. You may not share your account with another person.
You may not resell access to the app. You may not make the service available to
multiple users through one account. You may not sublicense, lease, distribute, or
commercially exploit the app unless PrimeVerba AI ApS has expressly agreed to that
in writing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account
has been accessed without authorization, you must contact

support@primeverba.app

promptly.

6. Service Description
PrimeVerba includes Windows correction functions and Android correction
functions. On Windows, PrimeVerba includes an always-on correction workflow and
a manual correction workflow. In the always-on Windows workflow, the app detects
when the user presses Ctrl+C three times within 800 milliseconds and then attempts
to process the selected text and replace it with a corrected version. In the manual
Windows workflow, the user can paste or type text into the app and request a
correction directly inside the application. On Android, the user can either copy text
into a correction field in the app and request correction there, or select text and tap
"Correct!" in the Android context menu, after which PrimeVerba attempts to replace
the selected text with the corrected version.
PrimeVerba is designed to operate on Windows and Android and to process plain text
for grammar and spelling correction. PrimeVerba may not work perfectly in every
application, every clipboard environment, every text field, every Android app, every
operating system condition, or every restricted device context. Certain app
environments, system restrictions, secure contexts, clipboard conflicts, permissions
limitations, Android integration limitations, outages, or third-party service failures
may prevent PrimeVerba from operating normally.
PrimeVerba may update, improve, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any
feature, function, plan, or part of the service at any time, subject to applicable law.
PrimeVerba AI ApS has no obligation to continue offering any specific feature
indefinitely. If PrimeVerba makes material changes that significantly impair access to
or use of the service, PrimeVerba will provide reasonable advance notice where
required by applicable law.
To enable always-on correction on Windows, PrimeVerba starts automatically on
system boot. You can disable this anytime on Windows via Windows Settings > Apps
> Startup or in Task Manager.

7. System Requirements and Compatibility
PrimeVerba is designed for Windows 11 and compatible Android devices.
To use PrimeVerba on Windows, you need a compatible Windows 11 device that
meets the operating system and hardware requirements established by Microsoft.
Windows 11 generally requires a compatible 64-bit processor with at least 1 GHz clock
speed and 2 or more cores, 4 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of storage, together with other
platform requirements set by Microsoft. To use PrimeVerba on Android, you need a
compatible Android device with a supported Android version, sufficient available
memory and storage, and any permissions or system capabilities reasonably required
for the app’s text correction features to function.
PrimeVerba may work differently depending on your device, installed software,
clipboard behavior, text field behavior, operating system configuration, permissions,

network quality, and third-party service availability. Even if your device meets the
applicable platform requirements, PrimeVerba cannot guarantee identical results in
every environment.
Users may use the free plan to assess practical compatibility before purchasing a paid
subscription. The free plan is intended to help you test whether PrimeVerba works on
your device and in your workflow, but it does not guarantee uninterrupted service,
perfect performance, or suitability for every use case.
PrimeVerba requires a stable internet connection to function, as corrections are
processed via remote AI services.

8. AI Processing and Output
When you use PrimeVerba, text that you select, submit, or paste into the app may be
sent to an external AI processing provider for the sole purpose of generating a
corrected result. PrimeVerba AI ApS may use, replace, remove, or change any AI
provider, model, model version, prompt, routing logic, processing parameter, or
other underlying technical component at any time, subject to applicable law.
PrimeVerba may use one or more external artificial-intelligence service providers to
process submitted text and return a corrected result. We may replace or add
providers where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, or scale the
service, subject to applicable data-protection law. PrimeVerba is designed to return
corrected text only and is intended to preserve the original meaning and language of
the submitted content. However, PrimeVerba does not guarantee that any output will
be accurate, complete, reliable, lawful, suitable for your purpose, or free from
mistakes.
AI output can be wrong. AI output can omit words, add errors, misunderstand
context, mishandle names, alter meaning, or create a result that is inappropriate for
your intended use. Outputs are provided on an as available basis and may contain
faults, errors, or limitations. You should not rely on PrimeVerba output as your sole
source of factual information, proofreading assurance, or professional judgment. You
agree that you will carefully review all corrected text before relying on it.
PrimeVerba is not intended for the submission of sensitive personal data, special
category personal data, medical information, biometric information, legal secrets,
trade secrets, highly confidential information, or any other data that should not be
shared with an external processor. PrimeVerba does not actively scan every message
before processing, and PrimeVerba cannot detect, block, or prevent every prohibited
or sensitive submission before it is processed.
You remain solely responsible for the text you submit, the lawfulness of that
submission, and the consequences of using any output generated by the service.
For information about personal data processing, lawful bases, data subject rights,
retention, international transfers, and processor relationships, please see the Privacy
Policy.

9. User Content and Local History
You retain your rights in the text you submit, to the extent you have such rights. You
grant PrimeVerba AI ApS the limited rights necessary to receive, transmit, process,
and return that text for the purpose of providing the service.
PrimeVerba does not claim ownership of your submitted text solely because you use

the service. PrimeVerba also does not acquire any general right to publish, resell, or
exploit your text merely because it was processed through the app, except to the
limited extent required to operate, secure, maintain, investigate abuse of, or comply
with legal obligations relating to the service.
Correction history is stored locally on the user’s device. PrimeVerba AI ApS does not
treat locally stored history on your device as content stored by PrimeVerba on its own
servers in the ordinary course of providing the service. You are responsible for the
security of your own device and for any locally stored history, files, or clipboard
content.

10. Acceptable Use
You may use PrimeVerba only in compliance with applicable law. You may not use
PrimeVerba for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes. You may not
use PrimeVerba to violate privacy rights, intellectual property rights, confidentiality
obligations, sanctions laws, export control laws, or trade restrictions.
You may not attempt to probe, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, bypass, or
compromise the service, its infrastructure, its payment flows, its character limits, or
its security controls, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable
law. You may not attempt to gain unpaid access, avoid billing, create abusive trial
patterns, or otherwise manipulate the service in a way that PrimeVerba AI ApS
reasonably considers dishonest, harmful, or abusive.
You may not present PrimeVerba output as professional legal advice, medical advice,
regulatory advice, or guaranteed error-free content. You may not use PrimeVerba in
safety-critical contexts or in any context where a mistaken output could reasonably
cause material harm without proper human review.

11. Free and Premium Plans
PrimeVerba offers free and paid plans. Free users receive 20,000 characters during
their first month and 5,000 characters per month after that. Premium users receive
1,000,000 characters per billing period.
Character limits, plan availability, features, pricing structures, and billing terms may
be updated from time to time. PrimeVerba AI ApS may also change, reduce, suspend,
withdraw, or discontinue the free plan, any free allowance, any usage limit, any
eligibility rule, or any included feature at any time, subject to applicable law. Current
prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. If there is any inconsistency
between a marketing page and the checkout flow, the checkout terms and price
control for the relevant purchase.
If a free user reaches the available character limit, further corrections may be blocked
immediately until the next reset period or until the user upgrades to a paid plan. If a
Premium user reaches the applicable plan limit, further corrections may also be
blocked until the next reset period or until another eligible paid entitlement is
purchased or activated, if offered.

12. Free Trial
PrimeVerba may offer an optional one-month free trial after payment details have
been collected through Stripe or Google Play Billing. Eligibility for a trial is
determined by PrimeVerba AI ApS and may depend on account history, billing data,
promotional rules, geography, or abuse prevention controls.

If you start a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid
subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial period ends. By
starting the trial, you authorize that automatic conversion and the related recurring
charges in accordance with the billing cycle selected at checkout. You are responsible
for canceling on time if you do not want to be charged.
PrimeVerba AI ApS may limit, withdraw, or deny trial eligibility where it reasonably
believes a trial is being abused, duplicated, manipulated, or used contrary to these
Terms.

13. Subscription Billing and Auto-Renewal
PrimeVerba offers monthly and annual subscription options. Paid subscriptions
renew automatically until canceled. By purchasing a paid subscription or starting a
trial that converts into a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges according
to the billing cycle selected at checkout.
You authorize PrimeVerba AI ApS and its payment processor to charge your selected
payment method for subscription fees, applicable taxes, renewals, and any other
charges that you expressly agree to during the purchase flow. It is your responsibility
to keep your payment method current and valid.
If a payment fails, PrimeVerba AI ApS may retry the charge, suspend Premium
access, restrict service features, downgrade your account, or cancel the subscription,
subject to applicable law and the payment processor’s rules.
If any subscription, renewal, or related payment remains overdue for 30 days or
more, PrimeVerba AI ApS may limit functionality, suspend Premium features,
convert the account to a free plan where applicable, or otherwise restrict access until
the overdue amount is paid, subject to applicable law.
The final price, billing frequency, renewal date, taxes, and other purchase details are
displayed at checkout. You should review that information carefully before
completing your purchase.

14. Cancellation
How you manage or cancel your subscription depends on the platform through which
you originally subscribed. Please use the correct channel for your subscription type:

Windows App, Website (Stripe), and Android App Distributed Outside the Google
Play Store (Stripe). If you subscribed through the PrimeVerba website, the
PrimeVerba Windows application, or through an Android version of PrimeVerba
distributed outside the Google Play Store, your subscription is processed through
Stripe. To manage or cancel your subscription, use the same service through which
you originally subscribed. Users who subscribed through the website may manage or
cancel their subscription through the website or through any PrimeVerba-provided
link to the Stripe Customer Portal. Users who subscribed through the Windows app
may open the PrimeVerba app and navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription. Users
who subscribed through an Android version of PrimeVerba distributed may open the
PrimeVerba Android app, tap the profile picture icon in the top-right corner of the
app, and navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription. This will redirect you to the
Customer Portal, where you can cancel your subscription using the displayed
cancellation flow, including any identity-verification steps required. Stripe’s customer

portal is designed to let customers manage subscription status, billing details, and
payment methods through a secure Stripe-hosted page.

Android (Google Play Store)
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store version of PrimeVerba, your
subscription is processed through Google Play and is managed exclusively through
Google Play. To manage or cancel, open the app, tap the profile picture icon in the
top-right corner of the app, and navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription. This will
redirect you to the Google Play subscription management page, where you can cancel
your subscription in accordance with Google Play’s cancellation policies.

Important: Subscriptions must be managed and canceled through the same platform
on which they were originally purchased. A subscription initiated via the Windows
app, the website, or an Android APK cannot be reliably canceled through Google Play,
and vice versa. Uninstalling the PrimeVerba application does not cancel your
subscription.
If you are unsure which platform your subscription was created on, or if you require
further assistance, please contact PrimeVerba support before your next billing date.
Cancellation takes effect for future renewals. Unless applicable law requires
otherwise, cancellation does not normally end the current paid billing period early,
and access continues until the end of the current paid term.
Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation. If you delete your
account without properly canceling your subscription first, recurring charges may
continue until the subscription has been canceled through the subscription
management flow or otherwise confirmed by PrimeVerba AI ApS. It is your
responsibility to ensure that both actions are completed if you intend both outcomes.
After a subscription ends, you may retain access to your account to the extent
PrimeVerba continues to make account access available, and any correction history
stored locally on your own device remains on your device unless you delete it
yourself. The end of a paid subscription does not by itself entitle you to continued
Premium features or continued paid usage allowances.
To reset your password, enter your email on the login screen, input an incorrect
password, click "Reset Password," and follow the emailed instructions. For security,
we recommend changing your password regularly.

15. Refund Policy
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fees paid for PrimeVerba are
non-refundable. However, this non-refundability applies only to the extent permitted
by law and does not limit any mandatory statutory rights, including any statutory
withdrawal rights, conformity rights, price reduction rights, termination rights, or
refund rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Refunds may be granted where required by law, where there has been a duplicate
charge, or where there has been a qualifying technical failure that materially
prevented the service from being delivered as purchased. Unused subscription time,
accidental failure to use the service, forgetting to cancel, or dissatisfaction based
solely on personal preference do not automatically entitle a user to a refund, although
PrimeVerba AI ApS may review such requests individually.
If you request a refund, PrimeVerba AI ApS may request additional information

reasonably necessary to investigate the claim. Refund decisions made as a matter of
discretion do not create an obligation to grant similar refunds in future cases.

16. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or
another jurisdiction that grants a statutory withdrawal right for digital services, you
may have a legal right to withdraw in certain circumstances. However, digital services
may be subject to rules under which the withdrawal right can be reduced or lost once
performance begins, if the applicable legal conditions are met.
Where permitted by law, PrimeVerba might ask you during checkout or trial
activation to expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and to
acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right may be reduced or lost once the
service begins. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory withdrawal right or
refund right that applies to you under applicable law.

17. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or
another jurisdiction with similar mandatory consumer protection rules, you may have
legal rights concerning the conformity of digital services with the contract, the supply
of the service, updates where required, and the remedies available if the service does
not conform to the contract.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, waive, or reduce any
mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under the law of your
country of residence. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory
consumer protection law, the mandatory law will prevail to the extent required.
Where required by applicable law, a consumer may have the right to require that the
service be brought into conformity within a reasonable time and without significant
inconvenience. If that does not happen, the consumer may have additional statutory
rights, which can include a price reduction or termination with a refund, depending
on the law that applies.
The disclaimer, refund, indemnity, and liability provisions in these Terms apply only
to the maximum extent permitted by law and do not limit any consumer right that
cannot legally be limited.
If PrimeVerba makes a material modification to the service that negatively affects
your access to or use of the service, any rights you may have under mandatory law to
object, terminate, or receive a remedy remain preserved.

18. Price Changes
PrimeVerba AI ApS may change prices, plan structures, billing models, usage limits,
included features, or plan names from time to time. Any material price increase for
an existing subscription will apply no earlier than the next renewal date after
reasonable advance notice has been given.
If you do not agree to a future price increase, you must cancel before the next renewal
date. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the
updated subscription price, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Availability, Maintenance, and Third-Party Dependencies
PrimeVerba is provided on an as available basis and, to the maximum extent

permitted by law, without guarantees of uninterrupted service, continuous
availability, error-free operation, or any specific uptime level.
The service may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, degraded, or limited because of
maintenance, updates, bugs, security incidents, infrastructure problems, operating
system issues, internet failures, payment processor issues, AI provider issues, app
store issues, mobile platform restrictions, or the unavailability of any service partner.
PrimeVerba AI ApS is not liable for service failures caused in whole or in part by
third-party service providers, technical outages, or events outside its reasonable
control, except to the extent liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
PrimeVerba AI ApS may perform maintenance, deploy updates, fix bugs, investigate
incidents, and make technical changes at any time. Such work may affect availability,
functionality, speed, or compatibility.

20. Suspension and Termination
PrimeVerba AI ApS may suspend your access immediately if it reasonably suspects
abuse, fraud, unlawful use, sanctions violations, export control violations, payment
abuse, chargeback abuse, account sharing, attempts to bypass limits, security risks, a
real risk of harm to PrimeVerba, its users, or third parties, or a material breach of
these Terms.
In appropriate cases, suspension may be imposed pending review. Where appropriate
and legally permitted, PrimeVerba AI ApS may provide advance notice and an
opportunity to remedy the issue before suspension or termination. Advance notice
may be omitted where PrimeVerba AI ApS reasonably believes that immediate action
is necessary to prevent harm, preserve security, avoid legal liability, protect other
users, or comply with law.
If abuse or breach is confirmed, PrimeVerba AI ApS may terminate the account or
subscription. If the issue is resolved in the user’s favor, access may be restored in
PrimeVerba AI ApS’s discretion where restoration is technically and legally feasible.
If an account is suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, or payment misconduct,
PrimeVerba AI ApS may deny future access, cancel remaining subscription benefits,
refuse future trials, and take reasonable steps to protect the service and its users. This
does not limit any other remedies available under law.

21. Intellectual Property
PrimeVerba, the app, the software, the interface, the design, the branding, the text
created by PrimeVerba AI ApS for the service, and all related materials are owned by
PrimeVerba AI ApS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual
property laws.
These Terms grant you only the limited usage rights expressly stated in these Terms.
No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute,
sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from PrimeVerba except
where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, feature ideas, or improvement proposals to
PrimeVerba AI ApS, you grant PrimeVerba AI ApS the right to use that feedback
without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you, unless applicable
law requires otherwise.

22. Disclaimers
PrimeVerba does not provide legal advice, medical advice, compliance advice, tax
advice, investment advice, safety advice, or any other regulated or professional
service. PrimeVerba does not warrant that its output will be accepted by an employer,
school, customer, regulator, court, government body, publisher, or any other third
party.
PrimeVerba does not guarantee that any correction is accurate, complete, suitable,
lawful, or fit for a particular purpose. PrimeVerba does not guarantee that formatting
will be preserved, that all apps will behave consistently, or that all corrections will be
delivered successfully, because the service depends on clipboard behavior,
application behavior, Android text integration behavior, system permissions, and
external processing services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer
right, remedy, or protection that applies under the law of your country of residence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, representations, and
conditions not expressly stated in these Terms are excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeVerba AI ApS and its directors,
officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, licensors, and service partners
will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or
punitive damages. This exclusion includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of
revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, corruption of
data, interruption of business, reputational damage, and the cost of substitute
services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of PrimeVerba
AI ApS arising out of or relating to the service, these Terms, any trial, or any
subscription will not exceed the greater of the total amount paid by you to
PrimeVerba AI ApS during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim,
or EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation
is not permitted by law. This includes any mandatory rights or remedies available to
consumers under applicable law.

24. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without overriding any mandatory
consumer protections that apply to you, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless
PrimeVerba AI ApS, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and
service partners from and against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages,
judgments, costs, and expenses to the extent arising out of or relating to your misuse
of the service, your material violation of these Terms, your unlawful submission of
content, your infringement of the rights of another person, or your breach of
applicable law.
This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of laws
principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection law in your

country of residence gives you additional rights or protections.
The ordinary courts of Denmark have default jurisdiction over disputes arising out of
or relating to PrimeVerba or these Terms, unless mandatory law requires that a
dispute be brought in another forum. If you are a consumer residing in the European
Union, the European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction that gives consumers
the right to bring claims in their home country, nothing in these Terms prevents you
from doing so where applicable law allows.
The parties may agree on mediation, settlement, or another form of dispute
resolution on a case-by-case basis, but neither party is required to do so unless
applicable law provides otherwise.

26. Changes to These Terms
PrimeVerba AI ApS may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is
material, PrimeVerba AI ApS will provide at least 30 days of prior notice unless a
shorter period is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, or a longer period
is required by applicable law.
If you do not agree to an updated version of the Terms, you must stop using the
service and cancel any active subscription before the updated Terms take effect. If
you continue using PrimeVerba after the effective date of the updated Terms, you
agree to the revised Terms.

27. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent
permitted by law. Any invalid provision will be interpreted, if possible, in a way that
most closely reflects its intended commercial purpose while remaining lawful.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, any incorporated checkout terms,
pricing disclosures, and any other policies expressly referenced in them, form the
entire agreement between you and PrimeVerba AI ApS regarding consumer use of the
service, unless a separate written agreement applies.

28. Complaints

Complaints about the service should be sent to support@primeverba.app. We will
respond within 14-30 days as required by Danish consumer law.
